I like Rachael Ray but there is always something in her doggie recipes that I question - cornmeal or whatever.
Mine get lots of people food, but not from the table. They get apples, bananas, potatoes, rice, green beans, peas, carrots, chicken, eggs, cheese.... pieces of cookie...
(That would be my husband...) Just check the list of "forbidden" foods - I think it's a sticky post... You'll learn what their bodies can tolerate. Mine can have peanut butter but they tend to puke up yogurt. That kind of thing. You'll learn!
Mine never, ever have a problem eating their regular food - canned or kibble. Heck, Loki ate a DRY, uncooked piece of pasta noodle tonight and acted like it was the best thing ever. I think Sammy even tried to fight him for it. No, we do NOT have picky dogs in this house...
