). You know how you'd REALLY love to throw a glass vase against the wall - but don't want the guilt of breaking something and the clean up after the fact?
Take an ice cube tray w/ice cubes and slam it down on your sink. It sounds like shattering glass - a very satisfying sound - ahhhhh .... and yet all you have to clean up is some melting ice that didn't make the sink!
I was the office manager at a family counseling agency and had mentioned that when they were doing the dumb (in my opinion) pillow punching exercises with their clients. They loved the idea and wanted to offer the suggestion.
Happy Screaming/Breaking/Punching/whatever "therapy" is called for at the moment. Hope you feel better soon.
