It's long sorry!

Sheila took Ellie to the vet and this is what we found out. All in all Ellie is very healthy. They did do blood work on her, tested her for all kinds of worms, and she didn't have any. She needs to have her teeth cleaned by the vet though. Ok this what the vet told Sheila. The vet found Ellie's records and told Sheila that the guy that had Ellie brought her in when he first bought her. Vet said he brought Ellie in 2 times. 1st time when she was 19 months old at the time. Vet looked at her teeth and told Sheila that Ellie was 3 yrs old. 2nd time was when she had her litter of puppies last month. He brought her in to get her checked out and the puppies tails docked.

We did know that she had a litter of puppies but we didn't know it was last month. So that meant that he sold those puppies way before they were ready to leave Ellie. He told Sheila and he told me(on the phone) that Ellie was a 1 1/2 yrs old and he's had her since she was a puppy. I told Sheila that he could have used another vet. She told me she thought that too and said the same thing to the vet. The vet looked on Ellies records and showed Sheila that he said the reason for the vet visit the 1st time was he just purchased her 2 days ago.

Sheila told the vet that Ellie won't eat any dry dog food. Sheila said she's been preparing her food for her just to get her to eat. Which I printed off of YT and gave her(sorry if I wasn't suppose to do that, but I can't just sit by and let a dog starve). Sheila said she would tear it up like there was no tomorrow. The vet looked at Ellie's teeth and told her well I can see why. Vet said from the look of her teeth she hasn't at been feed any dog food in quite awhile, thus the reason for the cleaning and if she had to guess what Ellie has been feed was table scraps! The vet told Sheila how to get Ellie to eat the dry dog food, and gave her toothpaste & toothbrush and told her this will help for now but she will need to come in for a cleaning.

The vet also told Sheila that she needs to get in touch with the man so she can get her rabies tag and cerificate. If he don't send it then she would have to pay for another one. Vet also told her not to say anything to the guy until she got Ellie's papers (I didn't know she didn't get Ellie's papers yet). The guy told Sheila that he would have his wife to mail them to her. Sheila even asked him why and he said that is how I do my business. When Sheila told me that today, I was like WHAT? To me papers are useless if you are gonna have a dog as a pet and not for breeding. Right? I did tell Sheila that I would like to see Ellie's papers when she does get them just to see what age he put on them.

I just feel so bad for Sheila that she was lied too like that. Oh yeah and here's the kicker to the whole thing. He claims to be a minister at that!!!!

I was so mad for Sheila and she's very upset that he lied to her. She said that if he would have just told her the truth, she still would have bought Ellie because of the special bond that Ellie and Skylar shared that day.

Sorry if some of this don't make any sense, I'm still upset about the whole lying thing. But what can you do, it's all done and over with. Ellie is just so sweet, loves to cuddle up and loves to give kisses! She definitely loves to be pampered!
