I think you'll have to go with your vet on this because there is more than one right way. I've heard if you vaccinate after 16 weeks, you only need to do 2 sets. I also think one of the most knowledgeable people on this subject only vaccinates his animals once or twice in a lifetime.

If it were my dog, I'd probably do 2 sets of DHPP 4 weeks apart.
I wouldn't give "C" and I'd give the rabies either two weeks after the last DHPP or maybe in the middle of the two (depending on what your vet prefers). You may need to do 3 sets of DHPP if that is what your vet thinks but I just see no reason to.

I don't like bordatella either, but if you want to give it, I just wouldn't give it on the same day as any other shot. One shot per visit and some people even prefer to not do combos at all (DHPP) but split those up too...
