I just got a response from jennifer at CFYTC, this is what she said:
"Thank you for your kind thoughts and words. Raymond’s estate has not been settled and the dogs are not available for a legal adoption. Our rescue has taken in 8 of the older dogs for temporary care while the estate is settled. Our prayers are with his family. "
