They are giving her Nutrical as well. She is eating the Chicken Baby food now too. Hopefully that helps out. It was a very sad thing for us to part with her too but we had to do it. The good thing is that she is still in our family and we will see her regularly.

I believe her symptoms are being caused by homesickness.

When I left one of my yorkie to sleep over 1 night at my parents in law, they told me she never touched her food even if they hand fed her. She only drank her water. She would also hide under the bed all day. When we came to pick her up, she was so excited to see us and and even ate the kibbles left for her.
I would recommend visiting her as often as you can, even hand feeding her yourself with her new family next to you. Do this process slowly. I think what she needs to know is that you guys are still in her life and where she is now is the best for her too.
