 could be
a food allergy. What are you feeding her? Avoid foods with a lot of corn or wheat as the first few ingredients on the bag.
Also what shampoo are you using? Be sure to rinse very well, and AVOID creme rinse as it all has a wax base and clogs the pores, causing skin problems to some dogs who are sensitive.
