The YTCA does not regulate how often you breed your dog. They can make recommendations and that is all. I agree with you that the AKC is a very good organization and I have no problems with there fees. They have done much to help the dog world but we all must realize it is a business and like so many other businesses they have to come up with ways to generate income.
