Exactly. I love supporting the smaller business...and alot of them that I have shopped with (namely some of the small business owners here at YT) - have been absolutely wonderful and I have had no problems what so ever. But there are those few that are just SO crappy
These people should NOT be in business!
I SHOULD HAVE ordered this bed from Shana back when she had it available on her site
