It is GREAT they are coming back for a second viewing. I will keep my fingers crossed even tighter now!!! Keep us posted. I am anxious to hear if they do something.
To everyone else that has had a trying time selling... I hate it for you. I have 1 lisitng right now that is killing me but it is in a small town that doestn get alot of activity. All my other listings are good.
Our market here in OK isnt bad.. it is taking a little bit longer than usual to get them sold but we arent having to twist arms to sell, so for that we are thankful. It is just taking so long b/c there are so many to choose from coming off a VERY VERY slow Nov/Dec. Hope all goes well with everyones transactions!!!
