I ordered a dog bed from them over 2 weeks ago, my card was charged $100 for this bed and I still have not received it...nor have I heard anything back from My Petique. I have called them 3 times and left 3 messages, and I have also e-mailed them 3 times....they REFUSE to respond. I am beyond furious now and it looks like my only option is to call my bank and get my $ refunded. I had to do this not long ago with another web site (
www.divashop.com) as I placed an order with them back in February and once again, never received my order.
Geez, no telling WHAT my bank is going to think when I have to call them yet again and make a dispute!
I am so sick of this. I have just had absolutely NO luck ordering online lately!
Anyway, I am just frustrated. Has anyone ever ordered from this place and actually had a GOOD experience???
