I see the active ing. is hydroquinon 2%......That ingredient in in over the counter fade creams, it's supposed to take months before you see a difference....This ing. has a lot on controversy about it, some say it's a carcinogenic....

I heard that Retin Aor Renova is supposed to help fade spots, it might be safer to use, she could ask her doc about them.....
