I hope you get a good, SOLID contract on your home. Make sure the buyers are using a reputable lender that is giving an approval letter based on the credit report & supporting docs, not just an approval based on prelimenary (verbal information) details. I would also almost wait a few days after going under contract before removing your contingency. IF you can get away with it anyways. The reason I say this is, maybe give time for the buyer to get the inspections done & know everything works out good in that area as well. That is just a suggestion. If inspections dont worry you at all and you have a solid approval letter then reomve that crazy contengency and get excited!!!
