And it won't just be Pets that will be having names changed, looks like Breeders will now have to register the dogs/or Register the Kennel name.

Now, I don't think that is right at all. If a breeder produced the puppy, their kennel name should be at the beginning of the name. I would never take the kennel name off of a dog I buy. But again...it really wouldn't matter if it was just a pet not being shown or bred. And I don't really know why this rule would make any difference with that...I've already heard of breeders whiting out the kennel name of where they bought the dog. And this new rule does apply to show/breeding dogs anyway - just pets.
