I think Chip is OCD because he licks so much. He HAS to lick my feet and/or hands for about 10 minutes before he'll go to sleep at night. Smokey on the other hand licks the air, licks the blankets, licks our faces, licks our clothes, licks the carpet... everything. I think it's a dog thing...
