hugs for you. Kim is right, I'm sure it's alot harder on you than it is on Layla. The good thing is that she is used to being with your folks. Really makes you look forward to the weekends & summer, doesn't it? Layla is loved by her whole family and that's the best thing.
We have it ok, when I work out of town, Chuck's in and out during the day & our neighbor has a key and comes over to play or takes them to her house during the day. We're going away without them for 4 days and that will be hard. She's taking the puppy while we're gone.
