where are these calls coming from.... members from here.... I will say the breeding community in general is hard to break into and stay in.... It can be a very touchy place and you have to be very diplomatic.... My advise.... be careful how you word the reasons why you are a breeder. Also, just as you do not want breeders knocking you, be careful not to knock those who do kennel raise. Remember, we all began somewhere... most of us in our homes and yards.... Unless one was raised in this business, I doubt anyone bashing you began with a 2,000 sq ft. kennel with cement runs, fully staffed. Keep your chin up and keep yourself above reproach... You need a very thick skin in this business, between other breeders, difficult buyers, and the reality of what "can" and will eventually happen with regard to your dogs... dont worry about the bad and enjoy what you are doing..... BTW.. It just rolls off.......
