Ok..I have found a couple of different options...let me know what you think.
Option 1. Found an ocean front cottage in Daytona for $385 for one week!
The place looks nice but my only hangup is when researching what else there is to do other than Racing...I am not seeing a whole lot. For those of you who have been there..maybe you can give me some ideas....
Option 2...found a couple of places on Typee Island..I think this place looks like a lot of fun..haven't done a lot of research on the area though..
Option 3...got a bit crazy...Flying out to San Francisco, staying at the Fisherman's Wharf. Spending a couple days there seeing Alcatrez, Golden Gate Bridge and then heading over to Yosemite and the Sequoia's in Wawona..Only hang up is how expensive the flight is!
Option 4...same craziness...Flying out to Vegas spending a day or two at a kid-friendly hotel then going out to Fresno and taking a train to the Grand Canyon where we would stay and horseback ride, river rafting....flight is considerably cheaper but I'm not to keen on Vegas..but know that a whole week at the Canyon is too much...
