It will be a challenge since you don't know when she is due but here are some things to look for. Several days before labor begins, pregnant females' appetites gradually diminish. They become restless and sedentary. Belly muscles realx and abdomens become more penduolous and distended. The fetuses' activities are less pronounced, and the dams' mammary glands begin to enlarge. One routinely observed sign of impending parturition is relaxation of the vulva and pelvic musculature. Tissue surrounding the vulva becomes flaccid and pendulous. You will probably observe a stringy mucus plug that will be thinning when the time is near. Get your gal a whelping box and all the whelping supplies that are necessary. An excellent book to have on hand is Canine Reproduction and Whelping A Dog Breeder's Guide by Myra Savant Harris. You can get it on Amazon along with a book and dvd that deals with the care of critical care pups. Keep a close eye on her and take her temp to set a presidence and monitor temperature changes. Remember most dogs whelp at night so keep her close at night just to be on the safe side. We'll be here. Good luck
