I might be concerned with the blood in her stool. She still might be out of it from the anesthetic, or pain meds. When my Rocky was neutered, he was pretty much out of it the next day, but my Bella was also spayed yesterday and today she's pretty much back to her normal self.
I hope Lila has a speedy recovery!
