I put Joey in a plastic dishpan in the sink. With my left hand, I hold his earflaps down to cover his ears and rinse with a sprayer. I usually wash his face with a small baby washcloth that has been dipped in a solution of shampoo and water. I dilute the shampoo in about 2 cups of water and pour this concentrating more on his body than his head. Rinse for at least 2 minutes. Dilute Conditioner and pour over body rinse again for 2-3 minutes. Rinsing is important, too much shampoo left in can irritate skin and cause flakes, and too much conditioner left in attracts dirt. I heat my towel in the microwave to wrap him after his bath.
