I'm glad - that needed to be done! good job!!
But better plan ahead!!
but now what if the dog is still allowed loose??? It sounds to me like she is not going to go by the rules at all! Next time someone is walking she may not call the dog back- she may never even try and leash it.
Just becareful on your walks- their may be a big dog at large!
Better be safe than sorry!
