when setting the temp of the water, put your wrist into the water if it is too warm/ cold then adjust it to the right temp. I use a towel and cuddle Odie. He doesn't like the blow dryer..
as for shampoo I got some from a petstore that only deals with healthy food for pets it is called Nature's Specialties... Berry Gentle tearless shampoo.
