I'm not sure how old Madison is; I think he's probably close to Max's age, just looking at his teeth (like I'd Know, LOL).

How do you let a dog go when you love it so much? I think that's one of my big problems, LOL. Maybe I'd better call my sister fast, LOL .
There are a lot of people here that make belly bands, but I just made a few myself. I had one from when TJ was a baby, but when I put it on the foster it was digging and make red areas. So I bought a soft fleece blanket from Walmart for $4 and cut it up for belly bands. I folded a cut up piece either 2 or 3 time (for support) and I actually sewed by hand (with thick yarnish thread) - nothing special looking, but it worked. Then I bought from Walmart - Velcro that you can sew with, and again I sewed by hand a piece of velcro to hold it together. I bought the Maxi Thins from Costco.

As far as giving him back. He was certainly cute and I would have done anything to protect him, but he was also a bitter (very bad) - he had been passed around about 4 times in his 7 yrs. (also very mistreated along the way). But his LAST owner was the one that gave him the BEST chance, taught him things, made him trust and love. I only fostered him for 2 wks until he could be returned to his last owner and they are a PERFECT MATCH.
