I have heard from ppl that are in rescue, that it takes at least 2 weeks or more for the new one to be comfortable and such. I hope your hubby gives him a chance.
BTW - I didn't tell my hubby about the marking either at first, but then I had to say, 'just to make sure.....I am going to be putting this belly band on' - hehehehehehe
Madison sure is really cute - I always believe that 'everyone' (including animals) should have a friend
