Hmmm, in just this one spot? Do her ears smell? Have you checked between her toes? Under armpits? Her chest? All around her neck/ears?
Could be mange, yeast, sebborhea, staph, allergy - just not sure - but I'd reaaaaaaaaallly look her over in all the nooks and crannies.
