Shredded Chicken sandwiches are a good thing that you can make for that many people. I make them up when we have birthday party's for my kids as we have a large family. I also have been asked to make them for baby shower's and my nieces Graduation party. It's easy too. We get 2 cans of boned Chicken from Gordons Food service, 2 cans of roast Chicken gravy also from Gordons food service. 2 boxes of Stove top chicken stuffing. You mix it all together in a 6 quart crock pot and heat it up. It's very tasty!
