I keep all that information on a calendar. I write down the day the heat started and if I breed them I write that down also. I will write their due dates if they were bred. After they come in heat I count 6 months ahead and write their next approximate next heat due date on the calendar. I write the dates of litter births on the calendar. When I give puppy shots or do flea treatments I write that on the calendar. I keep this calendar on my computer desk for easy reference. At the end of the year I just file the calendar with all my other dog papers.
