Well, I agree 50%. If the tattoo is big and is visible to exposure in public, then you'd regret getting remove, but if it's hidden somewhere, where you do not show in public most of the time and is a reasonable size then I wouldn't regret removing it. It's better to have a slight tint, than the tattoo being very noticable due to the colour and boldness.
As I did do some searching on google, specifically Toronto Laser Removal Clinics, that read that Black,. Blue and red are the easiest to remove and usually best results... depending on size and location as well, so this brought me more courage to go ahead and do it, because my tattoo is blue with different shades of blue.

The outlining is dark blue, but looks black in this pic because of the purity and boldness, because that was taken a few days after I got my tattoo.
