Anne im not going to defend myself beause i know i have done nothing wrong and i don't need to waste my time and or breath; because personally i have better things to do than to post lies about someone. I am actually going to get TANYA M. to come here and post her whole ordeal she had to go through with you! TANYA M is a puppy customer of JANE's. TANYA orginally bought this female puppy from Jane with FULL CKC BREEDING RIGHTS. Jane said that both parents are CKC reg'd, and months later after not receiving any CKC papers; TANYA finds out the the mother is NOT reg'd! Just as what Jane stated on her previous posts here on YT!
Oh i could go on and on; but i would rather not; because i don't judge a book by its cover! And i don't judge someone i barely know by having 1 persons side of the story to back me up!!
I have over 40 satisfied PUPPY CUSTOMERS and i can bring each and every one of them here to post the wonderful puppy buying experience they had with me!
I feel much better having posted this! And im not going to allow 1 person to put me down when frankly i have done NOTHING WRONG!
I love my yorkies and i love breeding and thats all the matters!

Well Deanna I would watch how you act like you did nothing wrong.. I have on hand what you posted on my facebook, the msn chat telling me that since you were pissed with me, I now had to pay another two hundred dollars for my girls papers.. and I do have the invoice you sent me and what price you wanted.. I also have my statement on paying what you asked.. if you had to pay pal fees as a seller, that is not up to the buyer, and especially long after I had the puppy in my home.. I also have copies of your nasty msn comments where you laugh at me, call me an old lady, shall I keep going. I also have bogus emails from you, trying to find out pretending to be a person interested in a brazilian yorkie saying you found me on my website.. you basically wanting to see how upset I was with you and what I would say..only you did not know my site was not on the internet.. I am not big enough to warrant a site..I breed one dog once a year to year and a half.. so I am not large breeder.. you also know I do not have intentions to be large.. and I have it on paper that if I told anyone what you did, you would ruin me as a breeder...
We go to florida every winter, and I am maxed out on the dogs I have.. so as for the threats of telling the world what a bad breeder I am, maybe you should remember all you wrote to me.. should I share this information.. then people can see the real you being very nasty and saying you do not care who you piss off in this business as you will go places and plan too..I feel you do not care about the baby's you sell... they are just money, and if you did care then you would not have wanted more money for papers..I paid what my paypal invoice asked for...
I have all your words in black and white for anyone who questions my thread.. it is all truth and fact.. and I used it as my guidelines..so there is no misleading on my part what so ever.. I have kept these papers, should I decide to go to court.. and ask for compensation for the pain and suffering you put me through, the frustrations I had to deal with.. you do not want people to make a choice, you want them to buy what you want them to buy.. you kept mara's protocol, and the laws in brazil say these papers go with the puppies.. but you seem to need control of more then just taking the monies.. had you cared about the puppies you sold you would never have asked for more money for papers.. did you really think I was going to sit down and take this from you.. if you want this to go further.. I have the facts.. I have all the paperwork.. a good large file..
I sent you a picture of mara and myself the day she arrived.. and you kept it, I asked for a copy back and you post your name all over my picture... taken in my home.making people think it is yours..and leaving that on your site is misconceiving.. I was not a happy new owner...to just be nasty..that shows a lot of you.. so defend yourself as much as you want.. you did this to me and you did this to yourself...
In fact truth is not going to be objected in a court of law.. I am stating facts and truths.. I will share that with anyone who wants to see it.. it is mine, you posted this stuff on my msn, you posted this on my facebook, and you emailed me to my email address. that makes it mine. I shall keep it..you know how you acted that night.. so do not pretend to be some one else.. I was and am the victim in this, not you in any sense of the word..
As for the little burst again of your anger on my msn tonight.. another file and you need to ask your friends in a court of law.. who does it look like "who is harassing who on this.." with all you sent me and still are as in tonight..
I am a paper trail person.. my job taught me how to deal with scammers, and yes a scammer is one who sells a yorkie and says papers will come, then decides they want to get greedy or to hurt some one by asking for more money..a good honest breeder does not do this.. and I am not the only person who you have treated like this.. problem is I am the only one that is standing my ground with you.
I am so willing for you to take this to court.. just wanting and waiting.. so my story can really hit the news and the papers.. I will not give up on standing for the truth here and the facts..I have that..
