WOW!!! I have just read this entire thread and figured Cosmo would have already been seen by the right people...
I am sorry if I offend anyone but why all the excuses??? This poor baby needs to be seen by a neurologist.
It has now been more than a month... If you dont have the time for this poor baby maybe you need to find someone that can put his needs first
