Good point yorkieagility. I had to buy an xsmall, which worked for a week, then had to move to the small. Luca Dean is five pounds. The instructions say buy one sixe larger for males. I stick 2 sheets of paper towel wrapped 1/2 then half again long ways, then fold it over the other way (probably makes no sense) to catch 'drips' b/c Dean's manhood comes out about 1/2" further when he lifts.
