When people adopt or rescue dogs, are the dogs fixed before they get them?
Or do they place them with "contracts" to spay or neuter?
Do they follow up on checking if this was done on the ones that have such a contract?
The reason I'm asking is that most of these dogs have already been thru &ell,
and I have read where some people get these poor dogs only to breed them , and in my opinion put them thru more
I have even seen posts on YT that I question if this has happened!!!!
If its not said outright... you can read between the lines
I know it has happened to the breeders, that the new owners breed when their not allowed to. Fake numbers for AKC etc.
