Thanks for your response. (My only friend!!! HA!) Sadie's parents are both rather light. I am wondering if she will stay this dark. She has no grey on her back at all... Her grandfather was a show dog, Handsome Roy. He seemed to have a darker coat so maybe she she will too. Not sure but I am so used to this dark color I am wishing she would stay this way!!!
