I think it depends on which state your in, because it seems that there are different guidlines per state. However, Im in Cali and we got Meka at 9 wks. She was very healthy and well socialized... But, if your wanting one at 11/12 wks... why not just contact the breeder and express that to her/him...Shouldnt be a problem
