I guess I dont understand the point of a carrier. Why does a dog need to be carried? Maybe in a store or something? I guess that would make sense since if you dont want it on a leash so that people might grab it. I just dont understand them for walks and stuff, seems like it defeats the purpose of going for a walk with your dog.
With the growing trend of people using animals as accessories, I am very turned off by the many carriers and purses that people use with their pets. I use a carrier for my baby because she cannot walk, my dog can, so I dont understand it.
I'm not trying to sound cold or anything, I just want to understand why these are so popular and why one would need to carry their dog so much that they require some sort of carrier.
