I would say relax and stop worrying. Is she a singleton puppy? Puppies in small litters tend to get a bit chunkier because they have so much milk available. Some singleton puppies can get very over weight and it can be a concern but very difficult to do anything about it. Most puppies, once they start walking and eating kibble, will trim on down. You can tell more about what her size will be when she reaches 8 weeks.
