I knew someone that had their small dog picked up by a hawk and was going to carry him away but has was wearing a jacket and the little guy weaseled out of the jacket and fell to the ground unhurt. Since then I always have an easy escape jacket on the little ones, who knows if it could help but what if it did.
You couldn't use them as target practice could you??
