She's right...it is different in England. Most pet shops are owned by small business owners and they are more than willing to help you out with advice and what not.
I'm from America (been in England for 6 1/2 years) and over there its more of a pet supermarket...like a huge shopping center. It all seems very detached from the actual care of the animals. Most big places are like that though, lets face it they just really want to make money. |
