Glad you went to the vet again. The blood panel which is expensive tells the complete story though. Sophie needed Vitamin K injections and I learned to give them at home. She had her first episode of pancreatitis when she was 5 and although she had bouts in the following years, Sophie lived until she was 13; the last few years of her life though were not great for her due to the disease. This disease does cause them to become depressed, very painful and nausea (she may walk away from food for that reason).

Mainly, find a vet that you trust, read, read, read and question procedures. Keep posting to YT because there are so many Yorkie parents who have had pups with the same disease that will help you.

PS Sophie's would re-appear if she was stressed in the early years such as boarding in a kennel.
