Actually any kind of shampoo will kill fleas!...It does not have to be Dawn dish liquid or dish liquid at all...Make sure you soap up around the head and ears first , then the tail end to make sure fleas do not go down ears, in eyes, nose or rectum to hide...I am a groomer and I never use toxic shampoos on anyones pets...Also Advantage washes off where Frontline does not!...So if you bathe your yorkie between doses you are wasting your money on Advantage...I do not use any flea preventatives on any of my intact dogs...I do treat the others with Frontline and that seems to work for me!
