I read so many things that said it was easier to bond with and train the dog if its younger. You become their mother and they accept you in that role. I'm so excited...I don't know if I'll last the week!
The housebreaking issue is not guaranteed to be easier, but it is guaranteed that your yorkie will be more sociable if she stays with her mom and littermates longer. For sure she will bond with you earlier or later, but she can have problems socializing with new people if taken away at an early age. I undestand your anxiety, but please give it a second thought, specially because the breeder is willing to keep her untill 11 weeks old.
