 YTCA Membership
What with all the YTCA talk today, I got a little curious about this organization. I was trying to contact the NYC YTCA today and there is no way to contact them by phone. Does anyone know if just anyone can become a member? I do not show Chewy and he is not AKC registered, does this hinder me in any way? |
