Since Cassie has already been into heat, you should wait for mid cycle (3 months from now) to have her spayed so that all her organs aren't still swollen. SHe is so tiny too. Be sure and find a good vet that specializes in tinies as the anesthetic can be very tricky at that weight.
Once they go into heat, you cannot turn back the calendar but just deal with what you have now.
