Kelly: That was a crappy thing that happened to you
I am constantly amazed when parents let their kids pet dogs without talking to the owner. Not only is it rude, it's dangerous for their kids. When kids come up and pet Chewy over his head (which I hate) I have to practically yell at them to stop and then when he starts nipping at them parents get mad. Well what do you expect?
My only answer for it is irresponsible parenting.
