I use the paste and spray together. I'll do the spray every day and brush every two or three days. It seems to be working well, and if you can't seem to commit to brushing the spray is a better way to go than doing nothing at all
If you are thinking of ordering it, go with the regular paste. I got the salmon flavor and Tucker hates it!
