I'm just following the I can make you thin show that's on Sunday nights at 9:00(TLC)..you eat when you're hungry, eat what you want, consiously and quit when you're full..you take smaller bites of food, chew it 20 times(can't do that with mushy cornflakes), and when you're full, you stop eating..if you have to throw away food, so be it..I'm trying to just take less food so I don't have to waste it myself. You concentrate on the food you're eating when you're eating, by not watching t.v. or doing anything else where you're not paying attention to what you're putting in your mouth...I was shocked when I weighed this morning..The hardest part for me on this, was staying off the scales, as I'm one that usually weighs everyday..
