Together with my vet, we decided to treat with antibiotics just to be on the safe side. I didnt want this to go into the lungs and cause pneumonia. So far its just stayed in the upper chest. TG Talk to your vet and see what he/she says. It can be a stubborn pain in the butt to get rid of.
