Default smaller the size, weaker the health!

I heard about that often but I also heard that small yorks around 1kg lived until the age 15 or even 16 years old.
At present, I am having Gigo 1k150 at 2 years old and Lela 1k159 at 4 months old, they are both very well. Surely, I care for Gigo very much since his bones are born small in his body structure.
All I have to do is to be careful with them, nothing to be worried so far, I agree with no difference of the dog's size, they are our love, as far as their health are good.
