Hi. I didn't realize you could check for allergies with bloodwork. My Shih Tzu has had had terrible allergies - sneezing, scratching face on carpet, chewing on paws, ear infections, hot spots all over body. We did some medication, we did some holistic herbal additives, but the thing that has helped the most was simply changing to a better food. We originally changed to raw food ("Steve's Real Food" - frozen) and the allergies cleared up almost immediately. That might be something you could try to make her a little more comfortable.
